Meet and greet for your arrival

Provide your flight number, arrival date and the name to display on your placard. Your driver welcomes you with a name board and helps with your luggage before continuing to your destination. Keep a reachable passenger number with your booking, especially when a company or family member makes the arrangements.

Your pickup instructions identify the meeting arrangement for your journey. If you cannot locate your driver, contact +973 36394638 and remain in an agreed, accessible place while the pickup is coordinated. Tell us about a terminal change or changed arrival details as soon as you know.

Airport to hotel, home or office

Fixed airport fares cover Manama, Juffair, Seef, Adliya, Muharraq, Amwaj and Busaiteen. Executive Sedan is BHD 12, Premium SUV is BHD 15 and Luxury Sedan is BHD 25. Other areas are quoted on request.

For a hotel, provide the full property name and entrance. For a home, include the building and road details or a location pin. For an office, include the building name and any visitor arrival instructions. A precise destination keeps the journey practical from the terminal onwards.

Waiting time included

Arrivals include 60 minutes of free waiting from flight landing time. Departures and other pickups include 15 minutes. Additional waiting is BHD 10 per hour, charged in 30-minute blocks.

The arrival allowance runs from landing time. Share an update if baggage collection or another arrival formality takes longer than expected. Full booking terms are available on the FAQ page.

Departures from Bahrain

For a journey to the airport, provide your pickup address, flight number and departure time. Plan around your airline's check-in deadline, the drive from your address and the time needed at the terminal. Include any additional pickup before the airport in your itinerary.

Travelling early or checking out before the rest of your party? Give the passenger contact and hotel entrance directly. For a return booking, add a separate date, time and pickup address for the second journey.

Space for your passengers and bags

Executive Sedan and Luxury Sedan each accommodate up to three passengers. Premium SUV, in the GMC Yukon class, accommodates up to six. Share the number and size of suitcases, cabin bags and any stroller or large item. Passenger capacity alone does not describe luggage space.

For guests travelling together on different flights, list the arrival details for each party. This helps distinguish one shared collection from separate transfers. Companies can manage these journeys through our corporate transport service.

Continue from Bahrain Airport to Saudi Arabia

Travel onwards by private car to Al Khobar, Dammam, Jubail, Ras Tanoura or Riyadh via King Fahd Causeway. These journeys have separate Saudi route fares and require time for border processing. Passengers carry their own valid travel documents and visas.
