How to Prepare for a Bahrain Airport Transfer
A few useful details to share before you fly.
Start with the flight
Give the team your flight number, arrival or departure date and airport. Check that the date is correct if your flight crosses midnight. If you are arranging travel for someone else, make sure the traveller knows who to contact.
Make the pickup easy to identify
Your arrival plan includes the meeting point and contact details. For a departure, provide the full pickup address and building entrance. A hotel name alone may not identify the best collection point.
Count people and bags together
Vehicle suitability depends on both. Include cabin bags, larger suitcases, pushchairs and any unusual items. Ask about child seats or other needs before you accept the quote.
Review the waiting arrangement
Arrivals include 60 minutes of free waiting from flight landing time. Keep the team informed when your flight plans change. Send updated arrival details through your booking contact.
Keep the confirmation handy
Before travel, check the pickup time, address, vehicle arrangement, total price and contact number. Keep your written travel arrangements handy for departure.
